Marketing Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our mission-driven organization dedicated to connecting doctors with underserved communities. As a Marketing Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that attract quality doctors to these regions.
Your primary focus will be on two key objectives:

* ">Phase 1: Attracting Quality Doctors

You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to develop targeted marketing initiatives that identify key messaging angles, leverage data to highlight regional demand, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
This includes:
* Developing localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Designing and executing digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to build awareness and trust

* ">Phase 2: Helping Doctors Build Their Practice and Patient Base

Once doctors are placed, you will lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing. Your work will help them launch with confidence, build a steady flow of patients, and establish long-term relationships.
This includes:
* Designing and executing localized marketing strategies to attract patients to newly settled doctors and healthcare organizations
* Managing content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* An entrepreneurial/business mindset
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* The ability to be both hands-on/technical as well as manager
* Flexibility with working hours
