Job Title: IT Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients' teams to provide expert technical support and troubleshooting services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and support to clients and their teams in fast-paced environments.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using advanced technical skills.
* Document processes and technical resolutions accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with user onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and hardware preparation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience.
* Advanced English language skills required.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows management highly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience supporting identity and authentication workflows is essential.
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills is required.
