We are seeking subject matter experts in life sciences and chemistry to join our model training and content development team. Their expertise will be crucial in creating domain-specific content that enhances AI performance in these fields.
This role involves leveraging scientific knowledge to curate, validate, and develop high-quality content for advanced LLMs and scientific AI systems. Key responsibilities include developing datasets, reviewing model outputs, and ensuring alignment with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
 * Molecular biology, biochemistry, and genetics
 * Chemistry (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, computational)
In this position, you will create scientifically accurate content, including:
 * Analytical chemistry workflows and chemical reaction mechanisms
 * Biomedical case studies, drug development datasets, and molecular pathway analyses
Key deliverables include collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to optimize model reasoning, suggesting the creation of adversarial testing datasets, and participating in R&D discussions to enhance AI performance in various applications.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's, PhD, or equivalent degree in biology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical engineering, or a related field. Strong laboratory research, computational modeling, bioinformatics, or chemical analysis skills are also required.
Additionally, you should possess proven experience in scientific writing, peer-reviewed publication, or technical documentation. Familiarity with computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or molecular modeling software is highly desirable.
