In this role you will: Solid experience working as Scrum Master on complex, large projects with multiple teams or stakeholders; In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, ceremonies, roles and values, with the ability to guide the team and organization in adopting agile; Previous experience with projects in the traditional model (Waterfall), with good ability to transition between agile and predictive approaches as needed; Experience in using agile management tools, with emphasis on Jira; Ability to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics (speed, lead time, cycle time, burndown, throughput, etc.) to support decision making and drive continuous improvement; Ability to facilitate workshops, dynamics, conflict resolution and promote continuous improvement; Advanced English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders. Differentiators: PSM I or II certification SAFe Certification PMI Certification Previous experience in global projects, working with distributed and multicultural teams Experience in other agile practices besides Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean or Dev Ops practices.
