Skillful Project Manager
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects. The Senior Project Manager oversees the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards and adherence to strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing detailed project plans and schedules
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on application/software development
* Maintaining Agile methodologies and tracking project progress through metrics such as burndown charts
* Facilitating team collaboration and continuous improvement through daily stand-ups and retrospectives
* Collaborating with Technical Architects to ensure project designs align with business objectives and technical standards
* Reviewing and approving technical documentation
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, experience working in an Agile environment, and proficiency in Microsoft DevOps tools. They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
