As an Appearance Manager, you will lead the AppearanceDepartment, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, andteam performance across assigned studios. You will driveoperational improvements, manage resources, and collaborate withcross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily operations of theAppearance Department, ensuring consistent delivery of high-qualityservices and alignment with company standards Monitor teamperformance, partnering with Team Leaders to implement improvementactions, including training and performance management initiativesReview and validate quality control reports, ensuring accuracybefore submission to suppliers or internal departments Manage stocklevels and consumption, proactively identifying issues andimplementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costsPrepare and enhance reporting accuracy, ensuring insights meetmanagement needs and support decision-making Communicate regularlywith senior stakeholders on stock status, challenges, and proposedsolutions Drive process optimization through digitalization andworkflow improvements across the department Lead and implementprojects focused on improving employee appearance and operationalperformance Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth studiooperations and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesIdentify and engage suppliers, supporting procurement processes andmaintaining service quality standards. REQUIREMENTS: Native orfluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in bothwritten and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English(at least C1) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar ormanagerial role Proven experience in team management, performancemonitoring, and process improvement initiatives Strongorganizational and communication skills, with the ability to managemultiple priorities effectively Experience in stock management,reporting, and workflow optimization Ability to collaborate acrossdepartments in a corporate environment Experience within the beautyor fashion industry is a plus.
