Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP L1/L2 Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support for our SAP systems. You will monitor system health, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-level teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SAP landscapes and a passion for system stability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, triage, and resolve L1/L2 support tickets for SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO)
• Monitor system performance and logs to proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Work closely with L3 engineers and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Assist end-users with basic SAP inquiries and provide training when needed
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3 years of experience in SAP support or IT service desk roles
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and integration tools
• Experience with incident management and ticket triage
Nice to Have
• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
• Portuguese language proficiency (in addition to English)
