About the Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, train and deploy machine learning models that power autonomous exception resolution, anomaly detection and explainable insights.
The ideal candidate will work hands-on with multiple large language model ecosystems and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, train and deploy machine learning models for production use.
* Develop advanced techniques for prompt engineering, optimization and safety in agentic LLM interactions.
* Collaborate with data engineers to maintain data pipelines for machine learning workloads.
* Conduct feature engineering and embeddings generation on structured and unstructured data sources.
* Implement model monitoring, drift detection and retraining pipelines.
* Explore emerging LLM/SLM architectures and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
* Cross-functionally collaborate with R&D, data science and engineering teams.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in machine learning engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
