Job DescriptionThe Care Contact Associate is responsible for supporting customer and internal technical teams with service requests including remote/onsite support, parts replacement and repair, managed services, and warranty handling. Performs diagnostics and repairs on telecommunications equipment using specialized tools, conducts functionality testing, and prepares items for return or packaging.
