We are seeking a Community Builder and Social Media Manager to manage our Social Media accounts, specifically LinkedIn; engage with the tech and startup community; and participate in social selling.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the creation of a strategic plan for our client base
* Actively participate in the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network
* Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
* Acquire employers searching for tech talent for our platform
* Generate own leads
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environments
2. Experience and network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and excellent analytical skills
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps
7. Ambition to stay and grow with the company long-term, with a focus on expanding our client base
8. A flair for sales and negotiation
9. An understanding of Recruitment
10. A LinkedIn profile
11. Strong communication skills and a personable approach
12. Efficient and detail-oriented
