Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will administer, configure and maintain Jira instances to optimize performance.
They will also implement and manage workflow automation between Development and Quality Assurance teams to improve operational efficiency.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to define and execute Jira process improvements.
Additionally, they will support system enhancements, plugins and integration updates.
Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and custom filters are crucial for team tracking and performance analysis.
Finally, the selected candidate will propagate process improvements and best practices across other Jira teams as needed.
Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role, strong understanding of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Hands-on experience with workflow design, automation rules and permission schemes is necessary.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and documentation abilities, are expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
