Nutraceutical Sales Lead

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the LATAM region. As a Nutraceutical Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing territory plans to capture new business opportunities.

About the Role

You will work closely with our technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches. Your ability to monitor market trends and competitor activity will enable you to identify white space and protect our share in the market.

Responsibilities

* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect our share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements


The ideal candidate will have:

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Fluent Portuguese and Spanish language skills; English is a plus.
* Self-starting capabilities, comfortable working remotely, with excellent territory/time management.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
