We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to customers and contribute to the success of our organization.
As a key member of the training team, you will work closely with the training operations manager and other colleagues to ensure smooth execution of training sessions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing training needs, initiating session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as required. Additionally, you will coordinate with our Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event/program.
Responsibilities
* Analyze training requirements provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of participants according to courses and per site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to participant expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* Collaborate with our Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event/program.
* Support the completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Adhere to workflow and processes using our CRM tool.
