 
        
        We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our team in Latin America (LATAM). This role will focus on sourcing and placing top technical talent for US-based companies.

What we look for
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse information technology roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
 * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
What you'll be doing
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and US-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
 * Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
 * Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
 * Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the US.
 * Act as a trusted representative of our organization, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
