O Coordenador de Vendas é responsável por apoiar o atingimento dos objetivos comerciais da região por meio do desenvolvimento da rede de serviços, expansão da presença da Goodyear no mercado e suporte ao time de vendas na implementação de iniciativas comerciais voltadas ao crescimento do negócio de pneus de caminhão e recapagem. O Que Vai Fazer Expansão de Rede: Apoiar a prospecção e ativação de novos Truck Centers e recapadores, além da expansão da presença da Goodyear em regiões com menor participação de mercado e em novas frotas. Suporte ao Time Comercial: Atuar em parceria com gerentes e assessores de vendas no desenvolvimento de negócios junto a revendedores, recapadores e frotas, contribuindo para o aumento das vendas de produtos e serviços. Execução Comercial no Canal: Apoiar a padronização e desenvolvimento da rede de Truck Centers e recapadores, garantindo que os parceiros estejam preparados para ampliar as vendas de pneus e recapagem por meio de campanhas comerciais, treinamentos, ações de sell-out e implementação de programas do canal. Implementação de Programas Comerciais: Apoiar a execução de campanhas, programas de incentivo e iniciativas estratégicas voltadas ao crescimento das vendas e aumento da participação de mercado. Análise de Performance de Mercado: Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho do canal, identificar tendências e oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar a liderança na definição de planos de ação comerciais. Interface com Áreas Internas: Trabalhar em conjunto com Gestão de Rede, Marketing, Finanças, Supply e demais áreas da companhia para garantir a correta execução das estratégias comerciais e o suporte necessário ao desenvolvimento da rede. Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Inglês em nível avançado.
