As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through expert configuration and optimization of Salesforce solutions.Your Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to elicit, clarify and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.Map, analyze and optimize business processes identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.Solution design & configuration: Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions aligning with organizational goals.Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports, dashboards and visualizations collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials and facilitate learning sessions for end-users ensuring successful adoption of new solutions.Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers and end-users ensuring requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.Continuous improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.Your RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT)Business case writing, wireframing and flow diagramsSalesforce configuration and administrationBasic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageousYour SkillsAnalytical thinking & problem-solvingEffective oral and written communicationRequirement gathering & documentationProcess mapping & diagrammingStakeholder management & facilitation
