Intimate luxury Lodge in Nambiti is looking for a Reservations & Duty Manager. This is an all-rounder office role combining reservations, front-office operations, guest relations, stock control and administrative duties. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic lodge environment, is detail-oriented and has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years’ lodge or hospitality experience (reservations/front office/duty management). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English; additional languages advantageous). Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail. Computer literacy: MS Office, email, and lodge booking systems (NightsBridge or similar preferred). Professional appearance, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred. Warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality. Reliable, honest, and solution-driven under pressure. Flexible and adaptable to changing lodge operations. Passionate about nature, conservation, and authentic hospitality.
