Job Description
Project Overview:
* Luxoft is partnering with a fintech to bring Open Banking to the North American market.
* A cloud-native SaaS solution has been developed to facilitate Open Banking across financial services institutions in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Service Delivery Lead will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
* Manage reporting and governance with clients.
* Provide Open Banking expertise and mentor the support team on workflows.
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues.
* Collaborate with development and AWS specialists for smooth platform operation.
Mandatory Skills:
* 7+ years of experience supporting production environments for financial institutions.
* 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Experience with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Previous leadership experience in support teams.
* Successful experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management.
* Experience dealing with senior customer management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience.
* Fluency in French (B2 or above).
