About the Role:

As an Analytics Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics solutions that support business functionality, quality, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Designing and implementing data models and algorithms to support business needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define reporting and analytics requirements.
* Creating documentation and business plans aligned with stakeholder needs.
* Acting as a liaison between IT, data science/R&D, and Product Management to support analytics models and data solutions.
* Managing data from single sources or enterprise data marts, applying project management skills to complete scoped projects with guidance.
* Enhancing and automating current-state reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability.
* Supporting the evolution of analytical capabilities by interpreting insights and defining business needs in partnership with established teams.

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficiency in English (Interview in English).
* Bachelor's degree in Math / Statistics / Finance / Computer Science / Data Engineering / Decision Science / Data Science.
* Insurance Experience.
