We are looking for Senior Android Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career, under a CLT employment contract, working hybrid in the city of São Paulo-SP.
In this role you will :
Play a key role in designing, building, testing, and scaling modern Android applications used by a global user base.
* Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin
* Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Android best practices
* Implement and maintain automated UI tests using Espresso
* Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers in an agile environment
* Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
* Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed
* Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements
* Ensure applications meet security, quality, and performance standards
In this role you need :
* Senior experience in Android development
* Strong proficiency in Kotlin
* Hands-on experience with Espresso for UI testing
* Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and app lifecycle
* Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
* Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture
* Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
* Fluent/advanced English for daily communication with global teams
* Ability to code without AI tools
