High-Fidelity Visuals Specialist Sought for Creative Team
Our Creative team is looking to hire a highly skilled Cinema 4D Designer who can produce stunning, hyper-realistic 3D visuals, motion assets, and sophisticated compositing work. This role requires exceptional skill in achieving professional authenticity and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Develop high-end product and lifestyle scenes with advanced image compositing and photomontages from reference materials.
* Create professional 3D product animations with camera moves and showcases.
* Help establish new standards for modeling, texturing, and lighting products with dedication to visual authenticity.
* Accurately translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
* Produce high-resolution final images and video assets of rendered content.
* Balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
* Work with varied project briefs, collaborate with Graphic Designers, and support the wider Creative team.
* Adhere to brand guidelines and adapt to distinct visual approaches required for our brands.
* Maintain design standards with consistent file-naming structures and folder organization.
Requirements
* Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D; Octane Render experience highly preferred.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial-style 3D visualizations, image compositing, and 3D animation.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to articulate technical 3D constraints to non-technical team members.
* 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer in a graphic/animation studio, advertising agency, or in-house creative department.
* Interest in emerging 3D technologies and willingness to explore AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and push creative boundaries.
* Ability to assess briefs and determine effective execution strategies, knowing when to prioritize technical excellence or utilize smart shortcuts.
* Education to degree level in Design or a related subject.
* Proficiency in modeling, texturing, and lighting with a focus on optimal product presentation and visual authenticity.
* Superb sense of composition, texture, and illumination, with a sophisticated understanding of materials and customer perspectives.
* Knowledgeable about Adobe Photoshop and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
* Effective planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
