In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our workshops on the front end and upselling subscriptions on the backend. You will play a key role in converting leads into customers while maintaining an organized CRM system and ensuring punctual attendance at meetings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds conversion targets.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Sales: Promote and sell workshops to prospective clients, achieving a target conversion rate of 66% from leads to workshop sign-ups.Backend Upselling: Convert workshop participants into subscription customers, with a target upsell conversion rate of 50%.Deal Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring high-quality interactions that lead to successful conversions.CRM Management: Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM system by accurately logging all interactions, updates, and customer data to support efficient follow-ups and reporting.Meeting Attendance: Arrive at all scheduled meetings (internal and client-facing) at least 1 minute early to demonstrate professionalism and preparedness.Performance Goals: Aim to sell at least 2 subscriptions per day while contributing to overall team sales targets.Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Reporting and Collaboration: Provide regular updates on sales progress, collaborate with the team on strategies, and contribute to process improvements.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in educational services, workshops, or subscription-based products.
