About This Opportunity
* Design and implement complex IT systems for large-scale clients.
* Collaborate with internal engineering teams to optimize IT environments.
* Work directly with modern infrastructure technologies and engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and support systems technologies including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Manage client support tickets with clear communication and documentation.
Skill Requirements:
* Minimum 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management is required.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions is a must.
This role is fully remote. The salary range is between $80,000 and $150,000 annually.
