This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, previous experience in staffing firms, excellent communication and negotiation skills, native language proficiency, and strong attention to detail.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, be proficient in using various recruitment tools, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
