- We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst
- Operations Finance,_
- will be responsible for _Responsible for supporting the Global Financial Operations manager with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements, as well as ad-hoc analysis on plant cost per 000, global capital expenditures and support of the innovation department analysis and ongoing budget requirements.
**TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Performs weekly monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of the financial performance of the global beverage plants and helps identify area for plant improvement so that the engineers and operations team can reduce our plant costs.
- Provides guidance and support for the innovation department, helping build financial models and analysis validation.
- Participate in stage gate project review meetings as active financial voice (responsible area: Operations Finance analyst can absorb this)
- Partners with global operations manager and the regional finance teams on global capital expenditures and cash flow phasing.
- Helps the global operations manager standardize and streamline our AFE process
- Prepares financial models and ad-hoc analysis as requested to analyse financial information related to planning, actual results, or projects.
- Acts as an integral part of Financial Planning and Analysis team by supporting process improvement to deliver timely, accurate and forecasted results to all levels of Ball management team.

- Broad training in a related field;
- College degree completed;
- Analytical ability, including comprehension of financial performance results and associated evaluation of drivers affecting results.
- Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and to meet established timeliness while maintaining accuracy in their work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaboration skills, must be able to work in a global team or cross-functional environment
- Adaptability to changing business processes, technology or financial and accounting rules
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate various financial results and potential actions
- Working knowledge of the following areas: Finance, Accounting,, business and economic principles and practices, financial modeling, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
- Proficient in Hyperion Financial tools (HFM, Essbase, Planning, etc.) preferred.
