Client Growth Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Strategist to deliver services that combine client success expertise with business growth activities.
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for clients
* Provide guidance to help clients realize the full value of our solutions
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations
Key Deliverables include:
Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
Strategic Communication
Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions. Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
Represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce/Lex). Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
