What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform in‑depth financial analysis to ensure compliance with customer agreement financial terms
Collaborate with internal and external parties, including Big‑4 audit firms, for audits and reviews
Initiate continual process improvements to enhance financial analytics and reporting
Partner with various teams, including Sales and Program Management, to deliver excellent service
Conduct issue investigations, including impact assessment, root‑cause analysis, and potential resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, finance, FP&A, or similar roles
3+ years of professional experience in a medium to large‑sized company
Proficiency in SAP or other large ERP systems
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including v‑lookups, pivots, and functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA, MAcc, or MS Finance preferred
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and/or Power BI
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and transform financial data into actionable insights
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments
