Report to: General Manager Latin America and Italy
Position Requirements
Education: Business administration, Engineering, Finances.
Knowledge:
* PV Market
* Local Energetic Laws for his/her country.
Experience:
* Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
* Demonstrable experience and results in the country market.
* At least 2 years in successful sales positions.
Language requirements:
* English is a must, plus native in the local language.
Position Aim:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales within his/her territory; being able to find, recognize, keep and generate loyalty in customers. His/her responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Sales Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Jinko Products per customer needs.
Position Responsibilities:
* Operate as point of contact for all matters specific to his/her customers.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Jinko Products according to customer needs and objectives.
* Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare Forecast and track key account metrics, to plan future actions and understand and ask for the necessary resources for achieving his/her goals.
* Create an alternative scenario, in case that he/she is not able to achieve the metrics with the first plan, for having another option to still achieve personal goals.
* Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
* Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Coordinate the involvement of company employees, including Technical service, logistics, BMO, etc. to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
* Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
* Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
* Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
* With Marketing help, conduct market research to understand the needs, types of customers, competition, etc.
* Assist Business Development and Marketing Department in Co-Marketing activities, including local events.
* Calculate customer demand and predict sales for his/her territory.
