Role Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven PPC Amazon Specialist who also brings brand management experience. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, managing product listings, and maintaining a consistent, compelling brand presence on the platform. You’ll collaborate closely with an in-house creative team while taking full ownership of Amazon performance and growth. Key Responsibilities Amazon PPC Management Develop, manage, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns Monitor ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to meet performance goals Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign audits Report on trends with actionable insights Amazon Brand Management Optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords Ensure brand assets (images, A content, Storefront) align with brand voice and standards Collaborate with creatives to brief content needs based on performance data Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions in brand tone Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account health issues Strategic Growth Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for new product launches Track competitor activity and implement best practices Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance targets Requirements What We’re Looking For 3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, ideally in beauty or CPG Proven experience growing DTC brands on Amazon Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, and tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or Perpetua Experience working with creative teams and giving feedback based on performance Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Self-starter, comfortable working independently in PST hours Bonus Points Experience with U.S.-based beauty or skincare brands Familiarity with Shopify and DTC marketing strategies Bilingual (English/Spanish) What You’ll Love A purpose-driven brand with cultural depth High-growth environment with true ownership Collaborative, inclusive, and remote-first culture
