Job Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT recruitment professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging talented engineers in the IT sector who are open to relocating to Sweden.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and attract top engineering talent in the IT sector who are open to relocation.
* BUILD strong relationships with candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Coordinate logistics, including visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.
* Develop and execute strategic recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
* Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the relocation process to ensure a seamless transition and successful placement.
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical expertise.
* A well-established network of local IT engineering talent.
* An extremely customer-centric approach with flexibility to find innovative solutions.
* High-quality standards and strong brand awareness.
* Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing principles.
* Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented with excellent recruitment skills.
* Self-motivated, sociable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude toward challenges.
