This role is designed to provide exceptional support to our customer success teams. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding and relationship management.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic position that requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our customer success senior manager to deliver top-notch service to our financial advisor clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients.
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup.
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups.
* Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience.
Client Relationship Management:
* Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism.
* Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes.
* Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors.
* Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications.
Meeting Support & Documentation:
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right-hand person.
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists.
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed.
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
