Field Support Analyst Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the smooth functionality and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations.
* The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage installations, and maintain software systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of IT systems.
* Generate and provide IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
* Coordinate installation and maintenance of complex software systems.
* Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.
* Update user information in organizational systems.
* Manage and update user access for IT applications for new and existing employees.
Requirements:
* Bilingual: Portuguese (Fluent) and English (Advanced).
* Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with organizational systems and user access management.
