About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for LATAM you will take ownership of expanding the company's presence and driving revenue growth across Spanish‑speaking Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities, establish strategic partnerships and secure high‑value deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long‑term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across LATAM focusing on Chile, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Peru.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competition and emerging opportunities.
Lead negotiations and secure commercial agreements that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner retention.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and business meetings across the region.

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or account management within Latin America.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to define and execute strategies independently.
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented.
Experience in international, fast‑paced business environments is highly valued.
