Key Account Strategist
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager professional with a background in the travel industry to assume key account management responsibilities.
About the Role
1. Manage existing clients across API Wholesale Online, API Retail Offline and WebShopping accounts within assigned territories.
2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth, foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
3. Pursue acquisition of new key accounts within designated areas.
4. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns and provide solutions aligned with their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products and services.
* Maintain awareness of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
