Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, design, and management of employee benefits programs across Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive our benefits strategy forward and ensure it aligns with our global vision.
This role requires collaboration with Global Rewards, regional and local HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to create an exceptional employee experience. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefits trends and market practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
About this Role:
* Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports the company's growth and employee value proposition.
o Act as the regional thought leader on benefits trends and market practices.
o Collaborate with Global Rewards and HR leadership to ensure benefits design aligns with global benefits strategy and vision.
* Program Design & Management:
o Design and manage benefits programs, including health, retirement, life, disability, and wellbeing.
o Drive scalability and efficiency through regional harmonization, technology enablement, and vendor consolidation.
o Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
* Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
o Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance to maintain robust governance and operational accuracy.
o Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on program design and cost.
* Employee Experience & Engagement:
o Develop compelling communication strategies to help employees understand and value their benefits.
o Partner with internal communications, HR, and local teams to integrate benefits into broader employee experience and wellbeing initiatives.
o Champion wellbeing, inclusivity, and flexibility in benefits programs to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
* Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
o Leverage data and market insights to drive benefits strategy and cost management decisions.
o Track and report key metrics related to participation, utilization, and employee satisfaction.
o Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
