OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our development team and work on building, evolving, and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with product, business, and quality teams to ensure high performance, security, and adherence to the platform's best practices.Responsibilities and assignmentsWe are seeking professional for the position of Web Developer in our office in Flamengo/RJ.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in Salesforce.Implement customizations with Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (when necessary), and SOQL/SOSL.Configure and customize declarative features: Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Record Types, Page Layouts.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services, and middleware tools. (Knowledge of Azure environments is a plus).Develop reusable, scalable, and secure components following Secure Coding principles and platform governance limits.Participate in code reviews, define standards, and apply automated testing with Apex Tests and QA tools.Investigate and correct incidents, optimize queries, and improve performance.Collaborate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retro) and support the preparation of technical estimates.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the CI/CD pipeline.
