This candidate will collaborate with internal client teams and work with external consultants when needed to deliver web and mobile solutions for various client business units. The Application Developer – Mendix will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions built upon the Mendix platform, as well as responsible for integrating with SAP, Mulesoft and a wide variety of systems internally. This role will also be required to build processes to account for change control, governance and development of best practices for all Mendix applications built for internal and external use. Responsibilities:Design, code, test, and deploy software applications based on business requirements using Mendix low-code platform.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Design intuitive user interfaces and efficient back-end workflows.Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit testing.Maintain and improve the performance and reliability of existing applications.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.Integrate Mendix applications with external systems and APIs.Participate in agile development cycles, including planning, sprints, and reviews.Troubleshoot issues and provide maintenance support for existing applications.Implement best practices for coding, security, and performance.Write technical documentation and user guides as needed. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Application Development.Mendix Rapid Certification Required Mendix Intermediate Developer certification (Preferred).Proficiency in Mendix microflows, nanoflows, and domain modeling.Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs.Strong understanding of low-code development principles and agile methodology.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
