Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part‑Time, Remote)
Part of Go! Running Tours, the role blends B2C and B2B marketing across growing markets.
Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end email marketing: strategy, copy, automation, data analysis, and optimisation.
Plan and execute paid media on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; monitor performance and scale winning campaigns.
Develop and publish newsletters and case studies; create sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas.
Conduct continuous research into new channels, technologies, and market trends; run experiments and scale successful initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the founder Lena and stakeholders worldwide; deliver on time, stay accountable.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and structured mindset with creative copy‑writing skill.
Experience in email marketing, automation and data‑driven optimisation.
Proven ability to manage paid media budgets and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with remote work.
Passion for running, culture‑bridging, and fast‑moving environments.
Compensation & Details
USD 1,400 per month for 25 hours weekly, paid via Upwork.
Remote work, 2‑3 internal meetings per week, Slack‑based communication.
