* Maintain and support hardware, software, and peripherals for the client environment.
* Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and service requests.
* Install, configure, and update approved hardware and software.
* Maintain documentation and update asset inventory.
* Register and track service requests and user complaints.
Qualifications:
* Higher education in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computing Engineering, or related IT fields.
* Intermediate IT skills.
* 3 years of experience.

* Cordiality, agility, good communication skills, patience.
