Project Manager Director
Leading, overseeing, and driving projects to success, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
* Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
* Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
* Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between cross‑functional teams, including creative, design, and production, across different geographies.
Communication
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication among global teams, ensuring alignment and resource utilization.
* Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and senior management, including progress, risks, and potential solutions.
Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
* Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high‑performance work environment.
* Coordinate with global teams to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with project goals.
* Encourage creative problem‑solving and innovation within the team to drive successful project outcomes.
Client and Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations.
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive management, anticipating challenges, and delivering high‑quality project outcomes.
* Negotiate project terms and conditions, managing any changes in scope or deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English;
additional language skills are a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager Director, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.G., Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira) and methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
* Strong business acumen and client management skills.
