We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and become a true extension of a high-performing real estate business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, dependable, and comfortable balancing marketing, transaction coordination, CRM management, client follow-up, and administrative support.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the operational and creative sides of real estate and wants to grow long term with a dynamic team.Responsibilities- Assist with transaction coordination and contract/document management- Manage CRM systems, client databases, and follow-up workflows- Help organize and maintain communication with past clients and leads- Create and schedule social media content- Design marketing materials, brochures, and listing presentations- Assist with listing preparation and marketing coordination- Coordinate showings, appointments, reminders, and administrative tasks- Support lead follow-up initiatives and client touchpoint campaigns- Help build systems and processes to improve organization and efficiency- Potential involvement in light outbound lead generation and prospectingWhat We're Looking For- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Experience in real estate, property management, transaction coordination, or marketing is highly preferred- Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and other digital tools- Ability to multitask and manage several moving pieces at once- Self-motivated and dependable with strong follow-through- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and client communication- Someone who enjoys learning and adapting in a fast-paced environmentBonus Qualifications- Previous experience supporting a Realtor or real estate team- Experience with social media marketing or content calendars- Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation- Graphic design experience- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clientsAt EVA, we don't simply place virtual assistants — we build long-term partnerships and provide ongoing management support to help our team members succeed.
