We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in providing top-notch support services to our clients. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hardware and Software Management
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Troubleshooting and Support
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* User Account Management
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Security and Compliance
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Training and Documentation
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
