Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile project management, with a focus on application/software development. They will be able to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.
The role also requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure project designs align with business objectives and technical standards
Required Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of IT project management experience in an Agile environment
* Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, particularly in managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts
