Position Overview
The BMP (Business Model and Pricing) Analytics team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support business performance management and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics.
In this role, you will partner closely with leadership, finance, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance, analyze customer behavior, and drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Identify business questions, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, translating them into structured analytical approaches
Deliver insights on business performance, operational efficiency, financial drivers, and key strategic KPIs
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making
Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to explain trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with data engineering, finance, and analytics teams to ensure data quality and scalable reporting solutions
Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and present findings to senior leadership
Contribute to improving analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices within the team Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
Experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI) for dashboarding and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments
Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial analytics or business performance management
Familiarity with advanced analytics (forecasting, statistical analysis, scenario modeling)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
Knowledge of data pipelines, automation, or orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Py Spark)
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
