Our organization seeks an ambitious individual to fill a Business Development Intern position. This role will involve supporting business development activities across various countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and assess opportunities in the public sector through procurement portals.
* Collaborate with the team to prepare proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation.
* Develop and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements.
* Maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Requirements:
* Fluent proficiency in Portuguese, with business-level skills in German and English (B2-C1).
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Teams.
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and learn quickly.
* Interest in international collaboration, technology-driven projects, and public sector processes.
* Previous experience with public sector procurement is an asset.
