Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are seeking an individual with:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails
* Strong proficiency in Postgres and Redis
* Experience with agile development methodologies
Bonus points if you have experience with Stimulus Reflex and Hotwire or have worked on distributed teams.
