Agile Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our client's Product and Engineering environment. This role involves supporting one to two Scrum teams, facilitating Agile practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are highly desired.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
