Develop automated playbooks and SOAR workflows to triage, contain, and escalate cyber threats in collaboration- with SOC teams.Vulnerability Management (VR): Deploy and maintain ServiceNow VR. Automate the ingestion of data from vulnerability scanners, prioritize risks based on scoring models, and track- SLA compliance.Integrations: Facilitate connections between the ServiceNow platform and third-party security tools (e.G., SIEMs like Splunk, endpoint security like CrowdStrike, and scanners like Qua- lys or Tenable).Threat Intelligence: Configure threat intelligence modules to proactively map known attacker tactics against internal IT- infrastructure.Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and utilize performance analytics to measure key metrics, such as Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and overall security posture.
