We are seeking a skilled Platform Architect to join our team and lead the architectural design and implementation of our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platform. Responsibilities:Lead discovery sessions to gather technical requirements and define architectural needs.Design and document a comprehensive low-level architecture for the CCaaS platform.Establish and enforce best practices and guidelines to ensure successful and scalable implementations.Provide architectural oversight through reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on support.Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation for internal teams.Act as the primary technical consultant (SPOC) for customer leadership and technical teams, offering solution clarifications, optimizations, and recommendations.Support connectivity testing within the Sprinklr platform (no prior Sprinklr experience required).Requirements:Strong expertise in VoIP technologies, including SBC, TLS, SIP Trunking, and Contact Center systems.Proven experience designing and implementing CCaaS solutions.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders.Languages: English (B2/C1/C2) is a must, and Spanish is a plus.
