Position:The Pricing, Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing Surgical pricing strategies across Brazil markets, ensuring compliance, and managing promotions and contract negotiations. You will build effective relationships with regional teams and apply your expertise to achieve objectives through self-directed work. Responsible for administrating, consulting and/or negotiating product/service pricing with internal customers. Develops pre-sales customer pricing, rebate, and promotion strategies. Works closely with marketing, sales, business management, and finance teams to structure proposals/rebate/guidelines documents. Reviews and approves sales promotions. Main Activities:Develop and deploy Surgical price management strategy across Brazil product portfolio and channelsLead analytics and control compliance with local price management, including developing tools to review local price levels versus targets and previous yearsEnsure adherenceto legal and regulatory principles of price managementLead processes toset prices for New Product LaunchesManage the promotion approval process across Brazil and track conditions of local promotional effortsCoordinate with regional functions to consider factors like local anti-competitive pricing regulationsMaintain close communication and alignment with LATAM Surgical leadership, regional marketing, and Key Account Management teamsRepresent Brazil SX on the International Pricing Board, leveraging best practices from Global, Americas and International into Brazil strategy and executionJoin contract and price negotiations with customers, supporting local Key Account and Distributor pricing negotiationsFacilitate best practicesharing in price managementConduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectivesMaintain online sales and marketing system, verifying data accuracy and resolving issues with Information TechnologyRequirements: University degree in business, analytics, accounting, finance or equivalent experienceExperienced in working in analytics function, strong ability in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a great variety of peopleHigh level understanding of IT reporting systems: SAP, Salesforce, Excel and TableauBackground in financial analysisStrong analytical and strategic skillsOutstanding communication skills both internally as well as externallyAbility to understand and communicate in English / Spanish is mandatoryATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent WorkerIf you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.Find Jobs for EmployeesFind Jobs for Contingent Worker
